boy oh boy. I don’t think I want cable television in the new place, but I do want these old school jazz films to always be playing. I love how hokey the video is, but also how good Artie Shaw is. Even though I didn’t grow up on the silver screen l think there’s something incredible, magical even, about black and white film.
