This is how I start off each and everyday (assuming I don’t oversleep). I’ve tried a ton of coffee but at the end of the day I really love Cafe Santo Domingo. It’s incredibly fragrant, not too acidic, and extraordinarily even-bodied. It doesn’t hurt that I also have some incredible and hilarious memories built around drinking this coffee which might just help sway my preference of morning brew. That being said, if you haven’t had this give it a shot!
Of course there’s no point in buying this coffee if you’re not going to buy it in full bean form. As always, keep pressing it, french style!
